Vanilla Walnut Tea Cake

When you have a special place for tea in your  life, anything which can be enjoyed with tea becomes special too. Do you know there is a special term used  for tea lovers or tea connoisseurs, they are called Teaisd ( someone who appreciates the art of tea). This tea cake is perfectly balanced and moist to compliment tea time and make it extra special.

Tips

To make any cake perfect, all the ingredients needs to be at room temperature. The mixing becomes really difficult if the temperature of eggs or butter is on the colder side.

Adding milk makes the cake moist.

Sifting the dry ingredients makes a smoother batter.

If using a stand mixer, always scrape the base of the bowl in between every step.

  1. First off I love the amount of ingredients to use. Not very many, my kind of recipe. Also, budget friendly. I will definitely try this and let you know how it goes.
