Tempura is Japanese style of cooking mostly using seafood , very much similar to fritters in desi cooking. The batter which is used for coating is thin, airy made out of ice cold water.
Tips
Heat oil properly if u add prawns in cold oil ur prawn will get soggy Fry them on medium high flame Use chilled water or keep your batter in freezer for sometime Do not over cook or fry prawns other wise they will become rubbery or hard maximum frying time is 3 to 4 min.
