If you are craving for a quick, delicious, and kid-approved snack, then these crispy, cheesy, homemade pizza pockets are a game-changer! Made with simple ingredients, packed with flavor, and are perfect for not only iftaar but also perfect for lunchboxes or a fun family dinner.
Making these is a three step process
1-Making the dough, sauce and toppings
2-Assembling everything
3-Baking
Tips
- I’ve been making this dough for years and it never disappoints me . The only modification I did to the original recipe ( which I learned in my baking classes 20 years back) is adding cornmeal while rolling the dough.
- You can make them in bulk and store the unused ones in the freezer or fridge. Simply reheat then in a air fryer or over to be consumed immediately.
