Cut chicken thighs into bite-size pieces.
In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, cornstarch, salt and pepper.
Add cut chicken to the egg mixture and stir to coat.
Heat up oil in a pan and drop coated chicken pieces and shallow fry. It’s easier to do that in two batches to make sure each piece is cooked properly. Or you can use air fryer to make healthier version of it.
In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the sauce except for sesame seeds. Set aside.
Now transfer the sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer on low heat for 5 min while stirring it constantly.
Heat up oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and fry for 2-3 min.
Now add all the veggies Sauté it for few minutes then add chicken.
Next, pour the sauce mixture over chicken n vegetables and simmer on medium-low heat until the sauce evenly coats chicken and veggies.
Now add sesame oil and sprinkle the sesame seeds at the end.
Serve it with rice of your choice and enjoy.
