Russian Salad

Ingredients
  

  • Potatoes peeled and cut in cubes
  • 2 carrots peeled and cut in cubes
  • 4 Eggs Hard Boiled
  • 1 Large apple Cut in cubes
  • 1 15 ounce can peas Drained
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Whipping cream
  • 1 tsp Icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp White or Black pepper
  • ΒΌ tsp Salt Or To taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil potatoes and carrot cubes for 10-15 min ( don't want them mushy you can increase or decrease the boiling time). If You are using raw peas then boil them with potatoes and carrots too.
  • Drain them and let them cool.
  • Chop the eggs into small cubes too.
  • Peel the apple and chop it down into small cubes too. Sprinkle some of the sugar on it so it doesn't get black.
  • Now in a bowl whisk together mayonnaise, cream , sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Set the bowl aside.
  • In bigger bowl add all the veggies, apple cubes and egg. Fold in the dressing which we made and serve cold.
  • You can garnish them with walnuts (optional)
