Roasted Garlic Potatoes
These super garlicky potatoes are perfect side for your steaks, meatloaf and any entrée. You can use ANY kind of potato for roasting including red skinned, russets, Yukon gold or sweet potatoes.

Red or yellow potatoes

Freshly minced garlic

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Scrub potatoes or you can peel them . Dice into 1” cubes.
Now bring a pot of water to boil with baking soda. Once it starts boiling add potatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add all rest of the dried herbs and spices in a large bowl with olive oil and lemon juice. Mix it thoroughly.
Drain the potatoes and toss them in the bowl sf seasonings
Mix them together.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and tender. You can also air fry it at 400 F for 15 min (Untill crispy)
You can enjoy it with any kind of dip or as a side dish.
