Put oil in a pan with 1 tbsp of butter,add diced onion and sauté till they turn transparent.
Add chicken cubes and fry till the chicken changes it’s colour.
Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute more.
Add Salt, red chili powder, cumin and turmeric powder sauté the spices for 2/3 minutes.
Chop the tomatoes finally ( you can use electric chopper for that or use your chopping skills)
Add tomatoes to the chicken and let it cook on high flame with open lid ( around 5 min). Keep stirring occasionally.
Once the water from the tomatoes starts reducing and the oil starts separating, reduce heat to medium and cook for 8-10 minutes with closed lid.
Then add all spice powder and cream.
Cook for a minute.
Add ¼th cup water, fenugreek leaves coriander leaves, ginger and green chilies and close the lid. Cook for 5 more minutes on low heat with closed lid.
