Instructions
Wash beef qeema with cold water. ( Dont need to wash chicken qeema)
Cook Qeema with 2 cups of water, ginger garlic paste, salt, crushed red peppers, cumin and coriander seeds on medium heat.
After all the water is reduced, remove the Qeema from the stove and let it cool.
Once cooled add onions and coriander.
Make slurry with all purpose flour and water.
Make samosas using the samosas sheets.
This keema can be used to make 50-60 samosas
