Begin by boiling the milk a couple of times and then reduce the heat
Now add the dried dates, pistachios, almonds and coconut to the simmering milk and allow it to simmer for an hr.
Once this is done, then add green cardamoms and oil in a pan and sauté the vermicelli in it for a few minutes. Once you can feel the aroma emanating, add it to the boiling milk.
Now add Sugar and let it simmer for another 10-15 minutes. At this point it will be very thick.
Pour out into the serving dish or bowl and wait for it to come to room temperature before you cover it and store it in fridge.
Now before serving add evaporated milk and serve it chilled.
